Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Please do not ship your return without this authorization, as it helps us process your request efficiently.

Step 3: Ship Your Item(s)

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging or a suitable box. Include a copy of your order confirmation or the RAN inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable shipping service. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Step 4: Processing & Completion

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you via email.

  • For Returns: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
