  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Your Obligations: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached, and preferably in original packaging. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final Sale/Clearance items, and intimate apparel or close-fitting garments for hygiene reasons, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return and expedited resolution.
